Privacy policy and personal data processing

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”, Article 13), we wish to inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is Kopalnia Piękna Agata Rączka-Chodykin, Bażantów street, building no. 59, apt. 23, post code 40-668, Katowice.

  2. Contact with the personal data controller is possible at the following email address: kopalniapiekna@wp.pl.

  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the activities of the Kopalnia Piękna Agata Rączka-Chodykin, i.e. on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, or on the basis of a previously granted consent, to the extent and for the purpose specified in the content of such consent.

  4. Recipients of your personal data may be public authorities or entities acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes arising from the generally applicable law.

  5. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in Section 3, and after that for the period and to the extent required by the generally applicable law.

  6. You have the right to:

    • Demand from the Controller access to personal data,

    • Rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data,

    • Object to the processing,

    • Transfer the data,

    • File a complaint with the supervisory authority,

    • Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.

  7. Where the processing of personal data is based on a person’s consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

  8. If you become aware of unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  9. Where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, your provision of your personal data to the Controller is voluntary.

  10. Your provision of your personal data is obligatory if the prerequisite of personal data processing is provided by the law or by a contract concluded between the parties.

  11. Your data may be processed by automated means and will not be profiled.
